Homes & Villas by Marriott International works with select property management companies, including Casai, to ensure that every home listed meets the high standards expected of Marriott International. Before being added to the portfolio, each property is audited and reviewed by Marriott International against several criteria. Including quality, safety, design, service, amenities and compliance with local regulations.

Casai homes on Homes & Villas by Marriott International offer truly unique experiences for guests. The local and historic architecture and prime locations of each private home creates a clear sense of place. They are thoughtfully designed with high-end furnishings and luxurious decor to enhance your stay.
At Casai, our interior design team works closely with local artisans and designers to create one-of-a-kind pieces for each of our apartments. These details reflect local culture and celebrate local art and creativity. We recently launched Casai Gallery in Mexico City, where guests can purchase art and support local artists without leaving their front door. We exhibit textiles, ceramics and paintings in all of our units.
A prime example of our modern-design and thoughtful layout is the Dalí PH Suite. Now featured by Homes & Villas by Marriott International and located in the desirable Polanco district. This bright and spacious penthouse has a large outdoor terrace which overlooks an urban jungle, protecting you from the hustle and bustle below and creating a tranquil sanctuary. Many of our homes are situated close to famous landmarks, so you can explore the city right outside your doorstep. Guests can also feel part of the community in more residential locations. They can get their breakfast at a local market or catch up on emails in a cafe around the corner. Admire the breathtaking skyline of Mexico City from your private terrace in our apartments found in Polanco or Santa Fe.
The Vizcaino Rooftop Suite in La Condesa, also featured by Homes & Villas by Marriott International, has spectacular city views from its private patio, overlooking one of the most trending neighborhoods in Mexico City. From this boutique suite, you have on your doorstep an array of specialty coffee shops, Parque Mexico and Parque España, and also Amsterdam Street, which has everything you need. Close by is Roma Norte where you can admire colorful murals that adorn Art-Deco and Neo-colonial buildings. Not to mention, no-frills taquerías that are heaving with locals — a good sign of a great taco. For foodies, Mercado Medellín has over 500 stalls selling international produce and take your pick of street food. Also in Roma, you are spoilt for choice of contemporary art galleries. Story
Our units that have been carefully selected by Homes & Villas by Marriott International take our guests on a cultural journey. All of the design pieces featured in our spaces represent the narratives of the neighbourhoods they’re located in. Find the stories of the local artist within the art hanging on the walls or draped across the floor. Each piece portrays the traditional design techniques that have been passed down through generations. Our guests are invited to experience these local tales without even having to leave the comfort of their home.
