On-demand services:
Additional cleaning:
You can request this with our concierge for an extra fee as many times as you need. This additional cleaning service includes: changing linens; cleaning the entire apartment, including bathrooms; and taking out the trash. It usually takes around one hour.
Laundry service:
We also provide a laundry service if you require it. Our team ensures that they will take care of your delicate fabrics and return every piece looking better than it ever has.
Additional items:
If you need some extra items, feel free to let our concierge know and we will do everything we can to provide them. Our team can deliver any item between 10 am and 4pm and we recommend advising them 24 hours in advance to check availability. Items that you can request include:

Early-check in / Late-check out services:
If you have an early or late departure, we will be ready to adjust to your schedule. You can request an early-check in or late-check out with just 24 hour notice. We can then check our availability and arrange it for you.
Extra furniture & appliances:
For those who are staying at a Casai apartment long-term, do let us know if you would like to rent some extra furniture and appliances. For instance: washing and drying machine, dishwasher or office furniture. Depending on availability and compatibility with the unit, we will do our best to provide it.
Pet friendly services:
At Casai, we have certain apartments that are deemed as “pet-friendly”. You only need to pay a one-time fee for up to two of your furry friends. That means no matter how long you stay, you only have to pay once. All you need to do is request a “pet-friendly” stay when you make your reservation and we will send you a written confirmation. Make your Casai feel like home with your beloved dog or cat.
Complementary cleaning:
Guests who book a 14-day or long stay with Casai have access to booking a complementary cleaning service. This service should be organised from the beginning of each stay via our concierge team. This service is performed once a week (Monday to Friday) between 10am and 4pm. Linens will be washed and changed, as well as cleaning of the entire apartment and taking out the trash.
Extra linens:
You can request the change of sheets and towels as many times as you desire. All you need to do is arrange it with your concierge and on the day of the scheduled service, place your linens and towels in a laundry bag provided by the front door of your apartment and our team can safely take this away to be cleaned and exchanged with new ones.
Wellness Kit:
You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your wellness routine while you travel. That’s exactly why Casai now offers guests access to a wellness kit. This is designed to bring the comforts of your daily routine into your own Casai vacation rental.
