Alberto Ramos Elizondo – Chief Revenue Officer

Alberto has considerable experience working on operational improvement projects in services and manufacturing. He spent four years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and one year at Iguanafix as the Mexico City operations director, later becoming the country manager. He holds a BA in economics from ITESM and a master’s from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. 

Alexis Fernández Staccioli - Revenue Manager

Alexis Fernández Staccioli – Revenue Manager

Alexis joined Casai in June 2019 as our Revenue Manager in Mexico. Previously, he was Marketing Manager and Social Development Director at Nomad Republic. Prior to this he was the General Manager at the Selina in San Miguel de Allende. Alexis holds a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City. 

José Manuel Gómez Cangas - Revenue Growth Manager

José Manuel Gómez Cangas – Revenue Growth Manager

José started his journey at Casai as our Business Operations Manager before becoming Revenue Growth Manager earlier this year. Prior to Casai, José worked at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst. He studied Industrial Engineering at Universidad Anáhuac México Norte.

Natalia Colinas - Director of Corporate Sales

Natalia Colinas – Director of Corporate Sales

Trilingual hotelier with more than 10 years international experience in operations, sales, and guest services, Natalia is passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiences. 

 

Natalia previously worked as a Sales Manager at The St. Regis Mexico City where she was responsible for planning sales strategies to increase business and profits through sales initiatives based on national and international markets. She holds a Bachelor in International Hotel Management from Universidad Anáhuac.

AJ Gutierrez Macatangay - Sales Manager

AJ Gutierrez Macatangay – Sales Manager

AJ is a luxury sales professional with experience providing business rigor in both product and personnel management for multinational fashion companies. 

 

His past experience involves managing high-end retail boutiques such as: DSQUARED2 SPA, Christian Louboutin, Fendi, and Michael Kors. AJ studied Business Communications at Chapman University in Southern California and has a bachelors in sociology from The University of Southern California Irvine.

Alonso García Yruretagoyena - Sales Associate

Alonso García Yruretagoyena – Sales Associate

Alonso joined our Sales Team in March 2020. Previously, he was a Mentor at Disruptivo.tv and a Project Evaluator at Posible México. He also gained valuable experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem at the Instituto Nacional del Emprendedor. 

 

He then went on to be a Consultant in a business incubator, where he helped entrepreneurs in their early stages to develop their business model. Alonso was invited by the Jalisco Talent Land to be director of the Millennium Talent Awards first edition—an initiative that was set up in conjunction with Grupo Milenio to recognize Mexican talent in different fields of innovation. Alonso studied Investment Projects at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

Isabella Coutinho de Souza – Jr. Corporate Sales Associate

With over seven years working in the hospitality industry, Isabella is proud to bring her experience in customer service and sales to Casai as a Jr. Sales Associate.


Previous to Casai, Isabella spent over three years as a sales and reservation assistant at Pullman Hotels & Resorts and Grand Mercure Vila Olímpia. She holds a bachelors in Hotel Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.

Ariana Calderón Ramírez - Junior Corporate Sales Associate

Ariana Calderón Ramírez – Jr. Corporate Sales Associate

Ariana started her journey with Casai in January 2021. Prior to Casai, she worked as a Multi Property EBC Sales Coordinator at W Mexico City and JW Marriott in Polanco and Reforma. She was responsible for finding leads, sending quotes and making reservations for groups. She holds a degree in the study of Hotels and International Tourist Complexes from the Technological University of Mexico (UNITEC).

Gabriela Zamora Linares - Corporate Junior Sales Associate

Gabriela Zamora Linares – Jr. Corporate Sales Associate

One of our newest members of the Sales Team is Gabriela. Previously. She worked at The St. Regis Mexico City as a Guest Recognition and Quality Trainee. Gabriela studied Entrepreneurship Studies at Les Roches Crans-Montana International School of Hotel Management

Evelyn Castilla Díaz - Platform Administrator

Evelyn Castilla Díaz – Platform Administrator

Evelyn is the supervisor for all the Online Travel Agencies we utilize at Casai. She is responsible for creating new listings and updating any change. Previously, Evelyn was an intern at CFE, where she gained experience in programming and web frameworks. She then went on to be System Supervisor at Pemex. She studied Engineering Computer Systems at Tecnologico Nacional de México.

Daniela Bustamante Vargas  – Revenue Intern

Daniela is currently studying Marketing at Universidad Anñahuac Norte. She has a diploma in Business Leadership. She has created and taught two digital marketing courses for the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México and has previous collaboration experience with Danone. 


As the Revenue Intern at Casai, Daniela is responsible for managing leads, creating new reservations, and reservation management.
