Raku is a little slice of Japanese minimalism, serving what might well be the best espresso in the city. This tiny coffee shop is the labour of love of owner Mauricio Zubirats, inspired by his time as a chef in Japan’s world-renowned kaiseki restaurant, Ryugin. Inspired by Japanese aesthetics and driven by a passion for the perfect coffee, this tiny spot is a real gem.
