Campobaja

Roma

The name “Cambobaja” is directly inspired by the fishing villages of Baja California state in the north of Mexico. Chef Ezequiel Hernández says his two values at Campobaja are, “simplicity and freshness,” and he does so while staying true to the origins of all his seafood selections. The menu is constantly changing with the seasons to guarantee fresh ingredients all year round. This spot is about as close as you can get to sampling true Baja cuisine outside of the state itself.
