The food at Los Loosers is Mexican-Asian fusion, offering traditional Mexican food like Pozole and delicious Asian vegan staples like kimchi. Everything on the menu is handmade and prepared from scratch. They even have an experimental kitchen outside the city in Cuernavaca where they prepare things like their handmade vegan cheese!
