Calle Amsterdam is the heartbeat of Colonia Condesa and one of the most beautiful streets in the entire city. A gorgeous, tree-filled circuit lined with arresting Art Deco houses, charming coffee shops, excellent restaurants and enticing bars, it is the place for a weekend stroll. The avenue takes its name from a horse track owned by La Condesa de Miravalle, after whom the colonia is named.
